How to request a refund
For a web purchase, email us at support@signalglp.com with the email you used at checkout. We will process eligible web-purchase refunds within 5-10 business days through Stripe. For an Apple-billed iOS subscription, request the refund directly through Apple's refund process; Apple determines and processes those requests.
Cancellations and renewals
Cancellations depend on where you purchased your membership: Apple-billed subscriptions are cancelled and managed through Apple, and web-billed subscriptions are cancelled from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, subject to the billing provider's terms.
