1. Who you are contracting with

Signal GLP™ ("Signal GLP™", "we", "us") is operated by Signal GLP LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Maryland, USA. By creating an account or using the service you are entering into an agreement with Signal GLP LLC.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or continuing to use Signal GLP™ you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using Signal GLP™ on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. What Signal GLP™ provides

Signal GLP™ is a subscription training, fueling, and health-signal companion for people using GLP-1 medications who also train. It includes dashboards, fuel planning, an AI coach, integrations with third-party fitness and health apps, and access to the companion athlete tools Gluco2Go and BP2Go.

Signal GLP™ is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Outputs, estimates, and sport specialized coach responses are informational only and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified clinician about medication, dosing, nutrition, and training decisions. Do not rely on Signal GLP™ for emergencies.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use Signal GLP™ for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations;
• engage in fraud, spam, or misrepresentation;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, circumventing technical limits, or scraping data;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or its outputs as your own;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or submit prompts and content intended to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material.

6. AI features and your content

Signal GLP™ includes AI-assisted features (coach chat, label and photo estimation, summaries). You are responsible for the content you submit, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying accuracy before acting on it. AI outputs may be incorrect or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or financial advice.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. We may remove content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these terms. If you believe content on Signal GLP™ infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and act, including terminating repeat infringers.

7. Intellectual property

Signal GLP LLC retains all right, title, and interest in Signal GLP™, including its software, documentation, design, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected.

8. Payments, subscriptions, and taxes

Web purchases are processed securely by Stripe. Depending on the web transaction, Stripe may act as the Merchant of Record and handle tax calculation, collection, and remittance for eligible digital products. iOS in-app subscriptions are processed by Apple under Apple's payment and subscription terms. Signal GLP does not receive or process the payment credentials used for Apple-billed purchases. Purchases made in the Signal GLP iPhone app are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Apple-billed subscriptions are managed and cancelled through Apple. See our Refund Policy.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Signal GLP™ available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Third-party integrations (such as Strava, Concept2, glucose, and blood-pressure sources) may change or become unavailable. Screenshot-scanning features may also change or become unavailable.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. On termination, your access ends; you may export your data during a reasonable window before deletion.

11. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Signal GLP LLC against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, and the state and federal courts located in Maryland have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
